Ultimate Fitness Boot Camp IS real life fitness because what we teach here and what is learned here is realistically what a person can do for the rest of their lives. We have spent hundreds of hours in developing a complete fitness program that will benefit ANY individual that participates We are not just another outdoor fitness program That kind of fitness has limitations and isn’t what I call “real life fitness” What I mean by that is……most people will NOT go back to a park after boot camp is over and work out there That is why we are different We are better. We have more to offer our participants for “real life fitness”.
In addition, we focus on exercises and movements that will actually benefit “regular, everyday” people Some other methods of cross training attempt to do so However, those movements are generally ballistic in nature, and can be dangerous in performed incorrectly or if a person isn’t ready for them At UFBC we consider the RISK vs. BENEFIT ratio If the Risk is greater than the Benefit, the person does not do the movement Period.
The reality of “real life fitness” is that it has to work for the individual or they simply won’t continue to do it UFBC not only challenges individuals with outdoor fitness drills and workouts, we also train our participants in our state of the art fitness center You may wonder why…. After all gym training is not “boot camp” True, but the majority of adults will join a gym sometime in their life They need to know how to properly use machines and equipment safely and effectively to get the most out of their workouts That’s why.
Participants are trained on how to use cardio equipment in order to get an efficient and effective cardio session I cannot think of one fitness center that educates their members on the importance of heart rate training while doing cardio We make sure ALL our boot camp participants understand the TRUE benefit of heart rate zone training- for the best weight/fat loss results possible.
